Auto-Pay Subscriptions: Cancel your subscription at MY ACCOUNT>SUBSCRIPTIONS>Cancel or through your PayPal account.

Pre-Paid Subscriptions: If you would like to cancel your current print or digital subscription, email us at:
firstname.lastname@example.org and we will refund you the remaining balance. Allow 14 days to process.
Digital Issues: Sorry, we cannot offer a refund on digital products.
Print Issues + Other items: Return any physical item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. Must be in resell condition.
Damaged Items: Received a damaged item? Email us within 30 days, with a photo of the damage if possible, at email@example.com for a replacement item.
Lost Items: Send your valid shipping address with receipt or order number, with tracking (when applicable) to firstname.lastname@example.org for a replacement after 30 days.
Note: Lost and/or damaged items can only be replaced once, then a refund will be given. Recurring lost and/or damaged items (more than twice) will require a new shipping address for future shipments. Sorry, but free bonus ride-along items, included in some print issues, are not replaced if damaged, lost, or stolen.
