Why can't I view all my digital issues?

There are several reasons that your issues are not being stored for you under MY ACCOUNT>MY DOWNLOADS.

  • You are a digital subscriber, you have 30 days to Check-Out Free in order to store your issues to MY ACCOUNT>MY DOWNLOADS. If you used the Instant Download link instead, your issue is stored on your computer/ digital device.
  • You purchased your digital issues as a guest or under a different email. In this case, contact us and we can either make you a new account or connect your purchase to your existing account.
  • You purchased your issues from another website or on the app. (These are not connected to your online account)
