Why can't I view all my digital issues?
There are several reasons that your issues are not being stored for you under MY ACCOUNT>MY DOWNLOADS.
- Purchases made before 7/1/17 are not in our new system and were only emailed to you.
- If you are a digital subscriber, you have 30 days to Check-Out Free in order to store your issues to MY ACCOUNT>MY DOWNLOADS. If you used the Instant Download link instead, it is your responsibility to save a copy to all your devices before the link expires in 30 days.
- You purchased your digital issues as a guest or under a different email. In this case, contact us and we can either make you a new account or connect your purchase to your existing account.
- If you purchased your issues from another website or on the app. (These are not connected to your online account)
