I am having technical problems with the app.

First, please try the following steps:

  1. Is the app the latest version? If not, please check for updates.
  2. Restart your device and check you have sufficient storage
  3. Ensure you have an active internet connection
  4. If your problem is related to purchasing, click restore purchases

Please note that your online account is NOT connected to the app. You cannot download issues through the app, only view them there.
